Best GPU for 3840x1200 resolution

Hello, I just want the best possible gpu for 3840x1200 resolution, mostly medium-high settings at 120fps. I don't feel like I need the 1080 ti, but will a 1070 ti be enough for 120+ fps medium-high?

That would totally depend on the game and setting that you are planning to use in the game probably a good idea to name a few games that you would plan on trying to play.

A 1070 ti should be fine as long as you don't mind lowering settings a little bit to keep the FPS high and dips minimal.
