I'm getting a GPU for my fairly new build.
-i3-8350K
-16GB DDR4
-asrock z370 pro4

What's the best GPU I can get that wont be bottlenecked? The 8350K is a pretty powerful CPU, especially for an i3. It's the fastest i3 in the world, being faster than a 7700, and close to a 7700k.

I may get a new monitor also, currently i'm running at 1080p but I may lean for 1440p or 4K.

I also can overclock CPU for a little gain, from 4 GHz base to 4.4 currently, I have to try higher sometime.

Solution
The 8350k while not bad is not close to a 7700k, no hyper threading means half the threads and no boost function so you are stuck at base clock speed or OC speed. The i5-8400 or 8600k is a better choice if you can afford it.

If you plan on doing 4k gaming you have two choice, either dial back the settings and get a 1080 or if you want to play on high settings get a 1080ti.
