Best Gpu for Arma 3 and Ghost Recon Wildlands

Best graphics card for $300 and under. Want to be able to play the new games coming out. I have a i7 6700k. Heard Ghost Recon Wildlands is optimized for Nvidia cards, so maybe a Nvidia. And can y'all link it?

I mean there aren't really many choices for $300 and under on the Nvidia side... it's kind of just the GTX 1060 6GB

For upcoming games you need GTX 1070 to play games @Ultra-60FPS settings at 1080p
GTX 1060 can run almost all current games @Ultra-60FPS at 1080p but for future games you need to adjust graphical settings for 60FPS.
if you can wait, then wait for some time save some buks and then get a GTX 1070.
if you are ready to adjust in-game settings then go for the GTX 1060

I'd hold off on the 'you need a 1070 for future games' idea until the future. At that point one of two things will be true. The 1070 will cost a lot less than it does now, or something better than the 1070 will be available from Nvidia. Right now the 1060 6gb fits your needs.
