Hello, I've been wanting a new GPU for a while now, and I'm wondering if someone could help me pick one out, I just got into computers so I'm not an expert.

I'm leaning towards a GPU that gets higher FPS in games like: CS:GO, H1Z1. BF4, and maybe Call of duty.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 2 DVI-I (Single link) Ports.
Must be an upgrade from the GTX 460.
Must be under $235CDN / $180USD (Shipping may apply)
Must run on my PSU (In specs below)

If anyone could help me find a new GPU That'd be great. : )

SPECS:
4 core Intel i7 Processor 2600k 3.40GHz unlocked and overclocked.
GTX 460 GPU
16 Gigs of GSkill RAM
Intel Solid State Hard Drive (100 gig)
1000 Gigabyte D: Hard Drive
Asus Mobo with BlueTooth and USB 3.0
Cooler Master Silent Pro M700

Solution
So your best option for that budget is a gtx 960. If you can increase it by $10 I would strongly recommend getting an r9 380 as it is better, simple as that.
On the 2 DVI-I ports, that's impossible. New generation cards either come with just one DVI port or come with a DVI-D + DVI-I, nothing comes with DVI-I (nothing that I have seen, at least, and I must say I've seen a lot). My guess is that you need it for 2 VGA monitors. You will have to use an active adapter, hdmi to vga for example. Both will run on your PSU.

I have 2 VGA monitors yes, but I have a DVI to VGA adapter for both of my monitors. What is the best solution for that? Also
What model 960, like EVGA or ASUS, could you link me?

Also the GTX 960's are a little pricey.

I was maybe thinking this?

Currently on promo, that's why it's so cheap. It's great. And yeah I know you have a DVI to VGA adapter but normal DVI to VGA adapters work only if the DVI is DVI-I (which has both analog and digital) and as I said, gpus come with only one DVI-I, thats why you will have to get an active adapter.

The asus has 2x DVI-D which don't support analog so you will need active adapters in both cases. With the Evga I linked you can use one of your currently DVI to VGA cables and you will have to buy just one HDMI to VGA active adapter.

Sadly I do not have enough for the 960. Any other suggestions?

I could pay my friend like $150 USD for a gtx 760 or 770, not to sure what model it is but around there. Would that be worth it?
