Im looking for new gpu for my PC, which I can use for 2-4 years for games

My specs are:
Power Supply - Corsair VX 450
RAM - 2 x Corsair 1333MHz 2GB DRR3
Motherboard - H55M-UD2H
CPU- Intel Core i5 750 2.67GHz
GPU - AMD Radeon HD 5670 (Dedicated memory is 512 MB)

Also can I buy same RAM I have, but 4GB and keep these old with it?

Solution
Getting faster card than R9 270 is almost useless since the processor will bottleneck it . Moreover , for R9 280 which draws 220-250W and needs two power connectors , you ll have to buy a greater PSU - 600W at least . or 550W for GTX 970 . There are R9 270X with 4GB like MSI R9 270X 4GB and draws up to 161W . But i m not quite sure that it will run on that PSU without any issue .Furthermore , R9 270X usually need two power connectora but that PSU has only one .

so , if you want a better GPU than R9 270 , you ll have to get a new PSU .
if you want to avoid bottlenecking of faster cards than R9 270 , you ll have to get a new CPU and perhaps mobo
yeah you can buy 4 gig same ram to get you up to 8 gig to get identical specs to avoid problems, best value right now is amd r9 280 gpu or a 270

I is 3GB vram enought? isnt it too small

How long can I use this one for games? And is 2GB realy enought?
I dont mind playing on lowest settings but I GPU that will work with new games atleast next 2 years

After how many years I will have to buy new one?
If I buy that R9 270??

I looked on websites in my country and there are only 2GB
Is there any similar card with 3-4 GB??
And what about my PSU, is it enought?
Also my Mother Board has only PCIe x16 2.0, is that problem?

I dont think 2Gb is enought because games like watch dogs need atleas 3GB for something better that lowest quality, so after year or so it wont be enought even for lowest

Edit: I have been looking, and I have found that R9 270 has 4GB V-ram, but it does need 180w, can I run it?
