Best GPU for my CPU.

Hi
I have a Intel Pentium Dual Core E2200 2.20 Ghz Processor. What GPU should I buy so that my CPU doesn't bottleneck it. I was thinking an Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 (no TI) 1GB GDDR5 GPU but I don't want to waste any of its sheer power just because of my CPU.

Any help will be appreciated.

A GTX 750 would be fine. You'd really only see bottlenecking once you play games that require a lot of CPU power (i.e. quad core requirements). But games like Skyrim on medium settings shouldn't give you any trouble.

Are games that released a few years ago (2011,2012,2013) need quad core requirements? Will games like witcher 3/2, Dragon age inquisition all work?

Dragon age inquisition will not open on a dual core processor and The Witcher 3 has ridiculous system requirements. Neither will work on your machine unfortunately. The Witcher 2 however may be able to run on low spec at 720p resolution. Whatever other games you have questions on just check out: canyourunit.com

Shoot :(
The website is really good but I can't seem to use the 1st and 2nd option to check specs.
If I can run Witcher 2 in 720p, I can run FarCry 3 then right? And games that came out that time. Right?
