I have a HP Pavilion P6-2310 with a AMD A4-3420 CPU (Dual core 2.8 GHz), AMD Radeon HD 6410D, One 2GB DDR3 card with an additional 4GB DDR3 card

BUDGET RANGE: Preferably under $100, willing to push to $150.

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming [Primarily trying to get playable performance on ARMA 3, DayZ, ARK: Survival Evolved, and H1Z1], watching movies

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: AMD Radeon 6410D and Internal 300W (100V-240V)

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: AMD A4-3420 CPU, Pegatron Corporation 2ACF, 6GB DDR3 RAM

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg.ca, tigerdirect.ca, any other Canadian website (Would prefer not to order from out of country)

I've been looking at this card so far:
PNY Verto GeForce® GT 730 Video Card - 2GB, DDR3, PCI-Express 2.0 (x16), DVI-I, VGA, DirectX® 12 - VCGGT7302D3LXPB

But if there's a better option within the same price range that would work I'd love to hear! Thanks in advance!

That's probably your best solution for $100 and a 300W PSU. If you didn't have an HP, I'd recommend this GTX 750 for much greater performance: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500350
But several HP owners on this forum have had problems with their HPs recognizing the new UEFI BIOS of the card's Maxwell GPU. Although, yours might be late enough not to have that issue.

So, unless you want to take the chance of having to return the card, stick with the GT 730.

Another option is the GT 740. As long as you get one that does not require a 6 pin connector (most don't), you should be fine. Nvidia recommends a 400W PSU, but the 64W card will work just fine on your 300W HP PSU. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487096
