Hello, I recently built my first ever pc but for now I'm reusing my old graphics card which is a GTX 560 Ti until I get a new GPU. Here is my build:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 w/ stock cooler
Mobo: Asus Prime B450M-A/CSM
RAM: 2x8 GB 3000mhz Corsair Vengeance LPX
Storage: 512GB Silicon Power SSD
PSU: Thermaltake Smart 650W
Case: DarkFlash Micro ATX Case

I'm thinking of getting one of these cards: GTX 1660 6gb, 1660 Ti gb, RX 580 8gb, or RX 590 8gb but I'm not sure which is the perfect fit for my build. I don't want to have any bottleneck if that's possible or at least just the slightest to the point that it doesn't matter. I wanna play triple-A games with 1080p medium to high settings but planning to buy this 75hz monitor so I'll need the frames to keep up with the 75hz. As for budget I'm looking around 150-250 USD for the card but would consider to go higher if really needed. Also is it worth to buy a used GPU on ebay? I've seen RX 580s at a price as low as $100, but is it worth to take the risk? I don't wanna end up having a nonfunctional card with me! thanks!

Solution
Used card = no.

The RX 580 is a good fit for your R5 2600. Not the greatest power supply in the world, but with a 650w rated capacity, it should be able to handle the 500-550w requirements of the RX 580 when included with the rest of the system.

At some point, it would be a good idea to replace that power supply with one of much better quality. If you just bought it, I'd recommend you return it, and get something better.

Ah I see, thanks for the response! RX 580 would produce the least bottleneck I'm assuming? If that's the case I would go for it and it's pretty cheap too compare to the ones stated above. I'll be looking forward about that power supply thingy, thanks for letting me know. 😀
