I need a GPU that will:

fit in a optiplex 390
work with a cx450 PSU
can work with legacy boot (important)
work with 0m5dcd board
cost around 125-175$ USD (ill buy used, i do not really care)
not bottle neck the i5-2400

my specs:

gt 1030
1 tb hard drive
optiplex 390

cx450 psu

FYI you should manage expectations. Some newer cpu heavy games will run poorly on your cpu regardless of gpu choice.
