Best GPU PCI Express

I would love if you could help me choose my new GPU. Buget is about 100 euros or 113 Dollars
I am using my pc mainly for gaiming (Csgo 15-50 fps lowest graphics). So if you could Help me choose best gpu for that price range I would bereally thankfull.

What are the rest of your specifications cpu/motherboard desktop/laptop and current gpu ?

GTX750 if you have a desktop. That will give you quite good performance in CS:GO (depending on your screen resolution)

Cpu - Intel Core 2 duo 6300 (planning 2 upgrade to intel core 2 quad q6600) GPU - ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 250 mb. Motherboard asus p5b. Dekstop pc. Say what do u need more =D

Sounds like a good plan for that system. Certainly wouldn't recommend anything beefier (putting any more money into and you should then start looking at upgrading the whole thing)

PCI Express 1.0 - 3.0

PCIe 1.0 @ 16x = 4GB/s
PCIe 2.0 @ 8x = 4GB/s
PCIe 3.0 @ 4x = ~4GB/s

This isn't a top end card so that will be plenty of bandwidth for it to work at full speed.
