Question Best gpu under $250?

Been looking at some gpu's both new and used. I was just planning on using this rx 580 that's been laying around forever but its only the 4GB version but I stream some stuff on twitch through different consoles, I like keeping my real life stuff separate so I always just use my old gaming pc as a stream PC. It works well 80% of the time but after switching out the power supply I'm kind of done dumping anymore money into it. I have a 12400f, a seasonic 620w power supply, and 32gb of ddr5 in hand already so I don't wanna swap any of those parts out. On both the new and used market besides CL deals since those are just all over the place and vary depending on where you live what would the best new or used gpu be? I saw some rtx 4060's on ebay recently for around $20 more so I was considering going that route.

For 250 bucks, best is RX 7600. Brand new.

Can't get any better than that, especially since RX 7600 is essentially equal to RTX 4060.

Also, why pay 270 bucks for used RTX 4060, that doesn't have warranty and may be with faults/or completely dead?
