Best gpu with no power from psu

I have a small form factor and wanted to upgrade my gpu to a better performing card, right now I currently have the msi aero rx 560 4 gb card and it performs great but is there anything else that is better than that card with no power from the psu needed

The GTX 1050 Ti is the most powerful gaming card available that doesn't require a 6 pin cable from the PSU. Just be careful to look at the details when you are picking one out. There are several models of the 1050 Ti that do require a 6 pin cable. The cards that do require a cable are usually the more expensive ones built for overclocking.

The GTX 1050Ti is a bit faster--not enough to justify the cost. There may be a new 75W Nvidia card released in the next few months.

That's true. There isn't really enough of an increase on a 1050 Ti to make spending the $150 or so worth it. Tom's Hardware has a review of the RX 560 up with lots of benchmarks that feature both the 560 and 1050 Ti if you want to see the numbers for yourself.
