please help me for best graphic card on asus p5 kpl-am

Any PCI-E 1.0/PCI-E 2.0 card will work fine,just make sure you have an adequate PSU and enough room in your case for it

You can use any single card from both AMD and Nvidia like GTX 4xxx/HD 5xxx series, are you considering a specific model ?
