Question Best Graphic Card for this SetUp

i was thinking in getting a RTX 2060, but i wanna hear suggestions, my budget for the graphics card is 300-350$

Why not the new AMD RX 5700. Same price point , better performance and more vram than rtx 2060.

The 2060 and 5700 are very similar in performance and both are good GPUs. The 2060 supports ray tracing, but it wont ray trace much. Techpowerup shows a 4% edge with the 5700. I would go with whichever one you can find the better deal on.

The the 2060 Super release, you may find some deals on the 2060 as vendors clear their shelves. For the 5700, I would wait till August and get a non-reference style card instead of the blower cards that are on the 5700 now.
