in rs8000 you wont be able to get high end gaming graphic card.
you can opt for an entry level gaming card like:

GTX 750:
ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750-1GB DDR5

Galaxy NVIDIA GTX 750 1GB OC 1 GB GDDR5

or

r7 250:
Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 250 with Boost R7 250 1GB DDR5

Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 250 with Boost R7 250 1 GB DDR5

gtx750 is more powerful than a r7 250.
they both have low power requirements and may run with your local PSU, but it is recomended u buy a better (certified)psu.

You should first buy a decent PSU as this Intex PSU may not handle the GPUs.
If you will install the card with this PSU then you are risking your computer's components........for safety, you must buy a decent certified PSU with over 80% efficiency and with enough AMPs on +12V Rail.

Your power supply has 20A on the 12V so it should be fine for this price of a GPU as long as you believe it is reliable. This is the best I've found for under 8k.

I would suggest coming up with another 2k and getting the 7770 I linked above with the Seasonic power supply.
