Best Graphic cards fod amd fx 8320

My cpu is amd fx 8 core i need a good gpu which one is good ? budget below 10000 inr or 200 $
MSI AMD/ATI R7 250 1GD5 OC 1 GB GDDR5 what about this card does this heat? because its overclocked and can i get the 1 gb for gaming or do i need to overclock it?

Any GPU would work good with FX CPU's
That GTX-650ti is good for it's price
