Best graphics card for 1080 gaming

I'm looking for a graphics card that I can run games at 1080p maxed out 60 fps. Some of the games I'm looking for is GTA 5, black ops 3, and watch dogs. I don't have a budget and plan on getting it on black Friday or boxing day.

What do you mean you don't have a monitor?
I'd go for a 6GB 1060 which go for around $250.
I can also give you a monitor suggestion but I need a budget, no question.

Agree with this.

Both the RX480 and GTX1060 are BEST choices for 1080p 60hz at max game settings.

The standardized refresh rate is 60Hz, I doubt you have a 144hz monitor on your hand, as those are quite a bit more expensive, starting at around $200.
No doubt about it though, I need a price range for your graphics card before I can link a specific product.

i was wondering how much vram Gta 5 sucks at everything maxed, 1080p. There is a 6gb and 3gb version and i was wondering if i need the 6gb or 3gb

I'd recommend the 6GB card for GTA, although by the sounds of it it's stretching your budget, which you need to give to me so I can recommend a specific product....
