Best Graphics Card for $120-$130?

it only has a special for today then it goes back up to $180. I cannot buy it today.

Ok. Then you next step down is 750ti or 260x. So your good there. I would look around, your could get a 265 for that price.

If your rig I'd meant for gaming, I would ditch 8 core in favor of gpu power, it may let you afford a 270x.fx 6350 and 270x would be more balanced then your current combo.
