I've been looking for a good graphics card under $120. i bought a dell optiplex for 120 dollars earlier in the year do save some money by buying a pre-built pc with a Pentium D CPU and adding a graphics card for Video editing and gaming with decent fps(30-50) on the upcoming and older games. But as i'm new to the computer world and always been a console gamer for my whole 16 years of existence. I have looked at the $73 Radeon 6670, Radeon 7770, R7 250x, Gt 750, or the Radeon 7750 if theres anything better than these that can at least play outlast, Call of duty WAW and Arma 2 and 3 on medium-high settings with Playable FPS please list them in your response.

Thank you for your help.

you are going to have to worry about a cpu bottleneck. and an overall platform bottleneck. is the ram even ddr3? i say throw your money into another console or else start a new pc build you wont be able to play most new games no matter what you do

Best bet is to visit a GPU list like this: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html

Find a good deal on the most you can afford. Avoid going lower than a 7770 or R7 260X for Radeons or anything below GTX 750 for nVidia. Go for 2 GB of GDDR5 memory at least. Look for deals, be patient, and jump on what looks good to you.

Make sure the card will fit into an optiplex case, it may have to be the slim version. Otherwise, don't use the optiplex for gaming.

I will use the Graphics card in a future build but right now im stuck with this piece of crap.

I would get a 750 but then what if i want to use that card in a future build and use that build to support dual gpus the 750 wont work for me but thanks for the reply
