Best Graphics card under $200

Hi

I really like fps games and i want to be able to run Battefield 4 in 1080p I also like to play free roam games like apb. I am looking for the best one i can get for under 200 that goes with my system

Specs :
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4ghz

Asus M4N75TD Motherboard

550 Watt Fatality PSU
8gb ballastics sports ram

At that budget you can get a gtx 660.
But you might bet bottlenecked by the cpu in some cases. Either OC your cpu even further or upgrade to a piledriver cpu if you have a am3+ mobo.

The HD7870 is very similar to a GTX660 though it VARIES slightly from game to game. The HD7870 however comes with a download coupon of Crysis 3.

Shadowplay on NVidia:
There are other differences including PHYSX but I think the only thing really worth mentioning is Shadowplay. This new software (coming in July?) can create streaming VIDEOS of the game you're playing with almost no performance hit (3% roughly). Previously methods using FRAPS or whatever could drop frame rates by 30% or more.

Shadowplay uses the NVENC video encoder in GTX600 and better GPU's so it's not something you can add in software to an AMD card unless it has similar hardware (which I didn't think it had).
