Best Graphics card under 20K Rupees

I need the best card under Rs 20,000.

I am thinking of buying the Zotac GTX 760 2 Gb as of right now.

But i am open to suggestions.

Can any one please suggest a worthy opponent for this card?

I already have an i3 2100.If i get the GTX 760 for my i3, will it be a good configuration for running high end games like BF4 ,Crysis 3 etc?
