Best graphics card for a ryzen 5 1600 build that can game/stream and video edit? Budget $1200-$1300

1070GTX ($459.99) for 1080p
1080GTX ($529.99) or a 1080GTX Ti ($739.99) for 1440p or 4k if you want insane future proofing. Prices vary $50 by vendor roughly.

If you are playing at 1080p though don't go higher than 1070GTX as after that your monitor will be bottlenecking you. Make sure you have the right power supply and case for it though! These are big cards.

Looks solid. Colors match up good. The only thing I'd suggest is you may want a bigger 1080 display such as a 27 inch. If you wanted to add more power to this build and move up to 1440p display, I would definitely up the video card to a 1070GTX. If your budget is maxed then I'd go ahead with that build.
