Best graphics cards to pair with i5 4590

What graphics cards would people recommend to pair with an Intel i5 4590? i'm looking for the best one to the point where the CPU is going to start bottlenecking the GPU. Furthur specs below if it makes a difference. All help is appreciated! Thanks.

Check you have a good enough quality power supply... It may say 500W on the side, but some manufacturers lie about their true power output. Check on this list
