Best GTX 1080 for case size?

Good evening everyone!

I'm finally breaking down and buying a GTX 1080 to finish off my PC build.
I've got an i5-7600k @ stock 3.8GHz
MSI Z-270-A Pro LGA 1151 ATX intel mobo
16GB DDR4
(EDIT) PSU: EVGA Supernova 750 G2
CASE: Rosewill Blackhawk ATX Mid tower (Link below)

This is the original case from when I used budget AMD parts. I'm trying to find the best GTX 1080 that will fit in this case. According to the product info, it says the max GPU length is 300mm with the HDD cage not removed, and 420mm with the HDD cage removed. I cannot removed the HDD cage as I've got an SSD mounted in in.

I'm trying to keep the budget around 600$ for the GPU & I'd really appreciate any help.

Personally I'd go for the EVGA 1080 8gb SC.
