I'm getting an i5-4960k and have a Micro ATX Coolermaster N200 case.

The highest I can go for is a cooler fan 6.3" high although I'd like something slightly less than that to ensure no fitting issues.

I'm also going for an Air cooler not Water cooling.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

(I will be giving best answer)

Depends on how much you are willing to spend. The CM 212 Evo is the best "bang for your buck" cooler on the market, the best one is probably the noctua nh-d15, an in the middle i would say the Phanteks PH-TC12DX

noctua nh-d15 is listed as with fan 165mm ........ that is to tall, my optimum is 160mm and I would of liked some clearance.

The Phanteks could be an option.

I'll stop this here because I've had help in another thread for this so thanks for the suggestions.
