[SOLVED] Best improvement option

So I currently have Xfinity with around 150-200 mbps. My house has a lot of people with a lot of connections we usually have around 10-20 devices connected at once. I was wondering if adding a router to my already existing Xfinity Router/Modem will be better to spread the devices across the networks. I'm not sure if the devices would be either alone with the new router or it would just add extra work for the already existing modem/router. Please help we always have issues this, it would mean a lot if someone could help. Thanks.

More WIFI sources is always better, unless you live in an apartment house where all the neighbors WIFI is competing with yours.
