Best internet proxy for US

I'm in Canada trying to access US online content like Hulu.

I've been using Hotspot Shield but find the proxy too slow.

What's the best (preferably free) Internet proxy?

Hulu and pretty much all other sites block access to non-US IPs. Hence the need to connect to a proxy server in the US.

Huh...didn't know that.
Sorry I have never used one. Do a google search and try a bunch is all I can say.
