Best ITX Motherboard for the Price

I am selling some parts out of my current system and rebuilding it an ITX computer because I am moving to college and don't exactly have room for my massive corsair 540. the build I will have will be something like this:
I5-6500
Seasonic 760w Platinum
Two SSDs
GTX 1060 or something somewhat similar
Thermaltake v1 snow edition(Maybe? still trying to decide but it looks like it would be good and I love that it's available in white)
That leaves me with a motherboard sized hole in my build. I don't have a strict budget, but I'm not overclocking so there is no sense in spending an exorbitant amount on it. Wi-fi built in isn't needed but it doesn't hurt as I will probably be using wi-fi at some point and it will save me from having to buy an adapter then. I am currently eyeing the AsRock h170m-itx, but I don't love the look, and I've never been one for low end motherboards. Also kinda looking at the Gigabyte h170n wi-fi and the Asus ROG b150i. Of course I'd rather not spend more than I need, but I'd also rather not get something that will go out on me halfway through a semester or a USB header stop working (which is what happened on my last AsRock board around the same price).

Sorry for the long post but I know you guys like to have the whole picture.

The H170 chipset is not low end. I would grab the cheapest of the 3 assuming they all have wifi. If not, get the gigabyte.

Oh I was referring specifically to the AsRock as low-end. It's a sub $100 motherboard which is typically where low end boards reside, and the reviews for it are hit and miss. I had just about decided to get the gigabyte board but it has about three and a half stars on Amazon, mostly from the board just not working or going out.

Oh ok. Well I would put ASRock right up there with MSI, Gigabyte, and even Asus. I've used dozens of ASRock boards. I trust them.
