I'm currently using a $2 K-Mart keyboard and I need something new as this thing is finally dying after 2 years. I can't spend more than $50 so obviously mechanical keyboards are off the list. Other than that I have no real criteria. I would like it to be backlit but it's not a necessity. The 2 boards I've been looking at are the Logitech G105 which I can buy straight from Logitech Autralia's official Ebay page for $40, or the Thermaltake esports knucker for $45. Any other recommendations would be nice.

I can't get great Newegg deals such as the $60 CM Quickfire I saw a while back since I'm in australia and everything here is a lot more expensive.

One other note: I can't find the Sidewinder X4 for under $50 so that's out of the question.

I'd suggest, by the cheapest thing you can and save up for a mechanical. A mechanical will last forever, and it feels miles nicer than even the best membrane keyboards.
Hey man, I don't know what you expect to get for a sub $50 keyboard, but I'll do my best to help you with your budget. First-off, I would recommend sacing up for a bit. If you really want to PC game, your peripherals are no place to skimp.
