Best Laptop for Design Graphics

Hey guys. So one of my friend is looking a laptop that's really good for graphic design. She's currently studying in a college taking graphic design major. She wants a laptop touchscreen and has stylus pen. Her budget is around $1200. So anything below $1200 would be amazing. I did recommend her to take AMD processor into it to make the laptop more "future-proof" with all hyperthreading and core stuff. So, is there any of you guys can suggest this type of laptop? Thanks in advance.

I agree with that AMD processor should be an awesome pick for graphic design, and your budget of $1200 should pretty much give you a solid choice. Since you specifically mentioned about touchscreen and stylus pen, I would recommend the following:

• HP Envy x360 - AMD Ryzen 7 3700u - $1100
• HP Spectre x360 - used or refurbished should be fine here; brand new one would cost around $1700, quite a bit over your budget, but worth it!

You can also check out affordable model of Samsung Chromebook Plus, which is just about $600.
