Best Low profile cpu heatsink

i'm building an htpc rig in the corsair obsidian 250d case- i need a heatsink that will fit in the 95mm clearance, and keep the processor nice and cold...i'd prefer air cooling over water, because of the horror stories of AIO water cooling...this will also eventually be a nas pc. i'd also like to keep the price of the hsf to <$100
planned specs:
cpu- a10-6800k (stock clocks)
MOBO- Gigabyte GA-F2A88XN-WIFI
RAM- Kingston hyperx 8gb (2x4gb)
1 ssd, 2 hdd
500w or less PSU
