[SOLVED] Best low rpm rgb/led fans for a radiator?

Hello guys, i want to change my my current fans ( thermaltake ring 12 red led ), because, for me, they're very noisy, even on low rpms (450/500 rpms).
I like a very quiet PC, and I look for very quiet fans. I would go with noctua chromax fans, but I would like rgb or red led fans.
What do you recommend?

Just bought 3x Be quiet silent wings 3 for the radiator and 4x Be quiet shadow wings 2 as intake fans. I think rgb/led fans aren't made for a silent PC

EK Vardar are pretty solid - I run 4 of these.

However, you are correct - RGB or performance/silence - you either focus on looking nice or doing a good job in what a fan should do.

If there is a focus on RGB, there is a generalization that you prefer aesthetics over capability.
