best mechanical keyboard switch for gaming?

guys im pondering on buying the corsair k70

which has a red switch, but is it the best switch for gaming? is brown better? or the black ones? thanks guys

it is not about being better or worse.
color defines how mechanics act when you press the key.
it can be hard or soft, act when pressed on key or act when you leave the key, makes more noise, makes less noise etc.
it is a totally personal preference. to see which one is which there was a guide at wikipedia. before buying a mechanical board I advise to go on a local store and test it yourself in real world, to see if you will like it.

my personal preference are the blues. gives a very audible click and is tactile. i use the blackwidow ultimate 2013

okay thanks, i will just rephrase my question, is this keyboard corsair k70 is a great buy for my intended pursposes? as to purpose is gaming..

ive only heard good things about the corsair keyboards. its definitely not cheap but if you want the best go for it.

okay thanks now as i browse and search for corsair k70 i have found out that it comes with brown switches with gunmetal finish, is brown better than red? i have stumbled upon this article that claime red switches are WORTHLESS and brown switches are the best is this true?

browns are essentially quiet blues, which are the best imo. theyre very tactile and are the typists dream, but still good for gaming. it all comes to personal preference, but i would steer people towards browns based on mine
