If it has to come with a window, the Corsair Obsidian 350D (linked above) is the only windowed mATX case that I think is respectable enough to put a 7970 in. And it's a Corsair case, so your h100 just drops right in, which is pretty cool. And it's a great case, easy to build in, great cable management, looks good, built solid, pretty quiet.

One thing it's not though, is 'micro'. If you're going mATX because it's cheaper and you just don't need a full ATX board, than that's fine...but if you want mATX for the size, you might be disappointed. It's as fat as any Corsair case (extra width behind the mobo tray for cable management and lots of luxurious space in the main compartment for building) and only a couple inches shorter on height/length.

If you actually need small, I think your best bet to get an Arc Mini http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352008 or Define Mini http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352011 or TJ08 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811163182 and then install a DIY bolt-on window kit http://www.frozencpu.com/cat/l3/g50/c417/s850/list/p1/Custom_Services-Custom_Windows-Bolt-On_Window_Kits-Page1.html
