I'm looking for a case for under 100 canadian dollars that looks very nice, simple and elegant, but also provides a lot of functionality and airflow. In other words, something that is VERY similar to the Corsair 450D in terms of visual and technical design. thanks in advance:)

I've previously looked into this case and i am not a big fan of the looks due to the 2 fan vents/mounts on the window and the front mesh. are there any other similar cases in the same price range? I actually am a fan of corsair so something by corsair would be preferable. also I forgot to mention I want a windowed case. thank's a lot for your help.

I'm hunting for a good-looking case similar to your description. I have also seen the 300r listed above but am not sure whether to go with the bitfenix ronin (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/bitfenix-case-bfcron300kkwskrp) instead. I really like bitfenix's cases, but, unfortunately they do not have many windowed mid tower atx models. Another decent one is the bitfenix shinobi (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/bitfenix-case-shinobiwindow), however I don't like the feet or hdd cages as much. It is a very good-looking case on the outside, but to me it seems a little to cheapy on the inside and there could have been a lot of easy changes made to make it a much better case, such as turning the hdd cage away from the mobo area. Anyways, just use pcpartpicker.com like I am and watch hardwarecanucks to find good reviews of cases you are intrigued by. Hope this helped!

depending on if you want a side windows or not if not i will highly recommend the fractal design core 3000
http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/cases/core-series/core-3000-usb-30

It is a really basic looking case still very elegant it has space for 7 fans and once you put some nice led fans in the front or anywhere you want it looks awesome. Its very nice and you can fit almost anything in it unless you want really big liquid cooling with big rads overall anything will fit into it and you can take out 1 hdd case if you dont need it etc.

once i get home i can post pics of mine with modded front and all led fans if you are intrested in this case.

my specs are in my sig if you wanna see what all i have in mine : )

Oh wow, lol thanks for the reply and the suggestion, but I have seen this case before and don't like the all-out normal blue, I really like the black/white and light blue versions though mainly the black. Oh, and the reason I "lolled" at the beginning was because I forgot this was someone else's thread, not mine, and just randomly asked one of my questions.

i thought you said under 100 and seondly consider fractal design define r4 window edition....that case is like NZXT h440 with optical drive slots

The H440 caught my eye, I just really love the design and I had to get it. It doesnt matter to me that there are no optical drive bays because that means i get 3 120 mm fans in the front! By the way I already bought the case and finished my build so I won't take any further suggestions for obvious reasons.
