Best Mini-Itx Motherboard with Built In CPU

I am looking for a motherboard with built in CPU for a silent mini-itx build I am making. It will be mostly used for watching videos, internet browsing and office programs.

I am looking at building a micro HTPC and have looked into it a little. The most powerful mini-ITX processors I have found are:
Intel Celeron 1037U : 1.8 GHz dual core
Intel Atom D2500 : 1.86 GHz dual core
AMD A6-5200 : 2.0 GHz quad core

Yup, thats what im talking about; its a silent pc for my dad, he only watches videos, browse the internet and use office.
