Best Money can buy

I've been saving up, researching, etc but i want a definite answer:

What is the best gpu money can buy, and what cpu can i run with it without bottlenecking it, i dont want the cpu to be over kill just enough not to bottleneck my gpu after possibly over clocking it.

Oh and is the corsair h100 series a good cooling system for heavy - moderate ocing? Ty

GTX 690 with a 3570k/3770k would be optimal!
And if you don't want to go dual-GPU, the GTX Titan is the best single-GPU.
And yes, the H100(i) is a very capable series. But if your case supports it, then the H110 performs a bit better - but without the Corsair Link software the H100i provides.

Best single GPU fastest Graphics card as of now is Nvidia Titan You will need a overclocked 3930k to completely eliminate any bottleneck in most cpu intensive games such as Skyrim, Crysis 3 ETC. Fastest Dual GPU Graphics card would be again a GTX 690 from Nvidia. Again you will require the same processor to keep up.

The Corsair H100 is a very capable water cooler.

Yes those two are definitely it. High end graphics and solid made cards with Nvidia technology. If you are gaming more go with the 690, if doing a lot of different things then the GTX Titan is the tank, the do it all card.

GTX Titan actually loses out to the single card GTX 690, which has two GPUs. The TItan has a bunch of interesting technology, but for raw gaming performance the GTX 690 is better. Regardless, both cards cost $1,000 bucks and will be wasted unless one uses a resolution well above 1920x1080, which is the most common right now, I think.

A more practical option is the HD 7970, for about $400.

Beyond that, a 3570K with an overclock should be all you need and more for gaming.

The H100, H100i, and H110 are all premium coolers that will keep a CPU sufficiently under a heavy overclock.

The 690 is a dual gpu card though i was talking about a single card the 7970 is good but OP asked what's the Best Money can buy and my reply was the GeForce GTX TITAN is the fastest single card.

The Corsair H series will make you feel like you live next to an airport.

Not to be facetious but the best GPU you can buy can oft be two Cards in SLI / CF. Very often two mid range cards will not only be faster than the top of the line GPU, but two of them sometimes costs significantly less than 1 top of the line GPU.

For my most demanding builds, I use two heavily overclocked 4 GB 670's.
