Best monitor ~200$

I need help buying a monitor.

It is for use with a 660Ti and preferences would be:

LED
22"
1080p
2ms
Max ~200$

22" is kinda small and most 1080p monitors are at least 23". ]

I have a 660Ti and I play BF3 on Ultra. On this monitor, everything flies. I love the speed. 2ms is awesome.

I recommend Asus 23/24" monitors @ 2ms.

Yeah but IPS is much better. I have a standard LED 24" monitor with 5ms response time. No ghosting what so ever. Get the IPS.

It seems that most of the 2ms monitor in this price range comes with a 60hz frequency.
Is it better to stay with a 2ms at 60Hz or take a 5ms with at 75hz from a gaming perspective ?

I'd look at the Dell U2312HM (on sale for 209 atm)
I'd also look at the HP 2511x (can get for 219 atm)

2312 has 0.6 ms imput lag when compared to CRT, and 8ms response.... It's more than just response time when looking at monitors (not to mention half of them don't accurately represent the actual refresh)
