Best monitor for a gtx 1070

Building a new pc, getting Asus gtx 1070 strix oc. Will be playing on 1080p. Don't know anything about the sync, refresh rate, etc. Want a normal, affordable monitor.

I'd say a 1080p/120Hz-144Hz monitor would be nice to pair with a GTX 1070. Having a monitor with G-Sync is also a perk (for variable refresh rate which syncs your monitor's display with the GPU's render output), but, it costs a lot. Here are some options:

Non G-Sync:
