Question Best monitor for graphics design on budget (250$)

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a 27 inch monitor for a graphic design up to 250$. Resolution can be 1080p or 1440p. I prefer dell, and also I would occasionally play some games but nothing serious. What can you recommend me ? Thanks.

1440P/IPS (better colors)/75hz (smoother gameplay)/Freesync (Helps with screen tearing, should work with newer AMD or Nvidia *10XX or newer GPU's).
