Hello Aswin!

So your budget is around $360 USD. I suggest the BenQ XL2430T. It has a max refresh rate of 144hz, a 1ms response time and is 1920x1080. It is a great gaming monitor for your budget and is highly recommended among gamers. It also includes an s-switch, which can easily switch to a different monitor profile setting with the click of a button. The only downside of this monitor is that it doesn't have g-sync. A g-sync enabled monitor will more than likely exceed the :25000 indian rupee price range.

If you don't mind using TN panel monitor, you can get some nice ones for under $300. However I think TN panels look like garbage and a waste of money. In that case the starting price for a gaming IPS monitor is about $500
