Best monitor for the money

I was wondering if anybody could help me choose a new monitor . I would mostly use it for gaming and web browsing. I just want to get the best I can for my money. My graphics card is a gtx 970 so I know i can get a beautiful picture if I had a good monitor to use with it. I don't really want to spend a lot, like $130-140 tops. If anybody has any suggestions thank you
