So I've been planning on getting rid of an old viewsonic monitor I've been using for some time and was planning on getting a new one. My current screen size is about 22 inches, so maybe somewhere between 24 to 27 would be good?
My current graphics card is a gtx 1050 (not Ti) (so freesync doesnt concern me), and I'd say I'm a moderate-level gamer, so I'd probably try to stick with 1080p to keep the fps at 60ish.
I was looking into the sceptre c278w-1920r monitor which had good customer reviews, but other threads in this site said that they were a generic brand and shouldn't be trusted...yada yada yada, so I guess I'll move away from it. A curved monitor would be nice, but if it means sacrificing quality in the end, then I'll keep using a flat monitor.
Thoughts from the experts? One last thing, I'd prefer to order the monitor from amazon as I currently have a prime account. Thanks!
