Best monitor out of these?

I am looking at a few monitors to buy but none have everything I am looking for. (144hz or more, 1ms response time, 2560x1440, g sync, WQHD, 24-27 inches, preferrably IPS but idc) I am so far looking at the Viewsonic XG2560, Asus ROG SWIFT PG279Q, and the Viewsonix XG2703-GS. I love gaming mostly fps and a little bit of slower paced games but mostly fps games. Which would you choose and if you have any other recommendations that have most of the specs I gave, please list them Thank you all in advance!
