I can't find Acer monitors in our country
Only LG - asus - BenQ - Samsung ( more models available )
and some of the Dell and HP and aoc monitors available in our country

If If you can increase your budget a little bit, you may check this one, ASUS VG248QE. It has 144Hz refresh rate. ASUS VG248QE is a good fit as well. But it seems, ACER is not available to your country. Techradar or this guide from Bestolin can be a good read.

Currently, I have this VG248QE and it's running fine.
