Question Best motherboard bundle for up to £250?

My current PC is getting long in the tooth and painfully slow. I think it must be at least ten years old. Its spec's are as follows:

motherboard: Foxconn P4M800P7MB
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies; date: 09/21/2006
PSU: 500W
CPU: Intel Celeron D 3.33 GHz
RAM: Micron Technology 16HTF12864AY-53EB1 DDR2 533MHz (PC2-4200)
HDDs: several, to a total capacity of around 1.5 TB
OS: Lubuntu with kernel 4.15.0-135-generic.

I'm on a very tight budget, so please could someone suggest a couple of mobo+CPU+RAM bundles that are good value; price points at around £150-£200-£250? These components needn't be sold together; I don't mind buying separately and attaching CPU and heatsink(s), etc myself.

I use my PC for web browsing and email but also for some very light Blender and video work.
