Best Motherboard Choice

Hello,

I am building my PC and I want a suggestion for the motherboard.

The build:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K
GPU: MSI GTX 970
RAM: 16 GB 1866 MHz RAM
PSU: EVGA B2 750W
Case: Corsair Obsidian 750D
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
HDD: 2 TB

I am looking for a good MB, around $150 -200 and so far I've liked the Asus Z97 A. Do you have any other better reccomendations?

I will be mainly rendering and video editing, and playing games here and there (Crysis 3, Far Cry 4)

Normally I'd opt for the gb ud5h bk but if usb 3.1 is a must then the asus z97-a would be a good choice. If nothing else, for the true digital power phases over msi's analog/hybrid and the asus board has the intel lan vs the qualcomm killer most 'gaming' boards have anymore. Just personal preferences, but I think it makes the z97-a a more solid choice.
