Best motherboard for core i7 4770(Non-K)

Hey guys and gals! I was wondering what the best motherboard for the 4770 was. I prefer a lower budget motherboard.
the parts that I would have to put in to it would be
16 gbs of ddr3 1600MHz ram
tr2 600 whatt power supply
Amd rx 470

Can't find them new , very rare and not cheap. Look on EBAY and you might want to look into a new PSU too.
