Best motherboard for crossfire R9 270x and i5-4440?

My current specs:

GPU = ASUS R9 270X DirectCU II 2GB VRAM
Motherboard = H81-PLUS
CPU = i5-4440 3.1 GHz (LGA1150)
RAM = 8GB of 1333 MHz
SSD = HGST HTS545050A7E380
PSU = Corsair CX500 (500w)

I would want to upgrade my setup with buying another ASUS R9 270X GPU.

What would be the best motherboard for the R9 270X crossfire? My budget for the motherboard would be 125€ or less.

And do i need to upgrade anything else besides my motherboard?

Do you already own 2 r9-270's? Because crossfire or sli aren't really that great. They only work in certain games and more often than not give problems/ screen tearing / whatnot.

A single gpu is always better than more for stability.
