BEST MOTHERBOARD FOR INTEL I7

I am assembling my first PC. I am going to use Intel's I7 processor and I am not sure what brands Motherboard would work best. I was close to buying a Asrock X58, but some reviews I read complained about the layout. I am trying to minimize my cost, but is not my main priority..

Asus Rampage Extreme II X58
~or~
Foxconn Bloodrage X58 (GTI)

Those two can be considered the best overclocking boards.
The Foxconn Bloodrage is a piece of art, and I love it.
They are both extremely expensive...

However, Foxconn has already the BIOS for the sexacore i9's. Gotta love Foxconn.
